Helping a complex brand feel effortless

Gervasi's expansive offerings become a clear online experience.

On Gervasi’s website, every detail serves the bigger picture.

Gervasi Vineyard isn’t just a winery. Or a resort. Or a restaurant. It’s all of those—and more. Which makes it a dream destination… and a complex digital project.

Our job was to redesign the Gervasi website so guests could move easily through everything the property offers, from booking a villa to checking the dinner menu to ordering a bottle of wine for a friend. The challenge wasn’t just to make it all work. It was to make it feel like Gervasi.

That meant finding the throughline in an experience that spans multiple restaurants, hotels, a distillery, event spaces, a gift shop, spa services, and a line of branded products. It meant writing in a voice that matched Gervasi’s high-end hospitality without tipping into excess. And it meant making sure every one of those pages, clicks, and interactions felt intentional.

A project like this only works when you zoom all the way in and all the way out. We spent time on typography scale and link hover states. We also spent time mapping user flows across entirely different audience types: the spa-seeker, the wedding planner, the wine club member.

Along the way, we had a client who cared about the details as much as we did. Who had opinions, but also trust. Who understood that a polished, intuitive experience doesn’t come from adding more polish. It comes from making a thousand small decisions—each one aligned to the bigger picture.

Which, when you think about it, is how the Gervasi experience works in real life, too. The experience is exceptional because everything flows. The site had to do the same.
