United Surface Finishing
The old website for United Surface Finishing did a good job highlighting the what of the company: the services they provide, the specifications to which they can work, the size of their finishing tanks and more. What was missing was the why – the story of what makes them distinctive and would convince a client to choose them over a competitor. When crafting the new website, our Cassel Bear team focused on writing copy that would convey the company’s success as a problem-solver, not just a finishing shop. We also captured compelling images of their new technology and enhanced shop that visualize the work that they do. Finally, the site itself begins to help users determine which of the many finishes offered might be the right one for them.
Additional content that will continue to be developed over time includes videos, e-books, and case studies that tell specific stories of work with their customers.
Our team spent time at United Surface Finishing’s facilities to capture compelling images of their new technology and enhanced shop that visualize the work that they do. In addition to showing that, we also wanted to convey the care that goes into their work by showing their team working on different projects.
