Showcasing Rockwood Door's Exceptional Craftsmanship to Today's Architects and Designers
For elite architects and designers, doors have always served as more than entrances to a building. They are key visual elements that uniquely combine function, beauty, and imagination. Makers of such distinctive doors — both traditional and modern — can be hard to find.
Since the 1980s, Rockwood Doors & Millwork, along with its Rockwood Curves & Components division, had been quietly creating exclusive, one-of-a-kind interior and exterior doors and related elements in the heart of Ohio's Amish Country. Those who purchased a Rockwood told others about the company's craftsmanship, artistry, and innovation. For more than 40 years, that was advertising enough.
However, in 2017, when the time came to expand beyond word-of-mouth referrals, Rockwood recognized they needed to build a bridge between their traditional, time-honored craft and the ideas and expectations of their present-day customers.
