Client Spotlight: For Paws Veterinarians Visit Kelly and Ryan

If you call Stark County home, you probably have seen the For Paws Animal Hospital many times.

You’ve seen the tan and blue 1948 Art Deco building right around 55th Street, where Cleveland changes names and becomes Main Street. Where Bulldogs and Golden Eagles fade out and where Vikings start to fade in. And most important, where lost or injured dogs and cats can find veterinary care and forever homes.

Dr. Jennifer Jellison and the award-winning For Paws Animal Hospital have been serving the community since 2011. They provide general and preventative medical care, lab work, dental cleanings, and surgery to cats and dogs of all sizes and ages — all with the very latest veterinary technology. You’ve seen them on South Main Street, and, if you were watching ABC Monday morning, you saw them on LIVE with Kelly and Ryan paying a visit to Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest.

With an armful of puppies in tow, Dr. Jellison shared tips on how to keep your pup out of danger this holiday season. Whether it’s poinsettias, grapes, chocolates, or amaryllis plants, a little planning can keep your four-legged friend from these doggy dangers.

Winner of the 2018 Akron-Canton Hotlist award and a five-time winner of the Canton Repository Best of the Best for veterinary clinic, Dr. Jellison and her team are champions for animals of all kinds. In addition to their work with families and pets, the For Paws Project provides much-needed medical attention to animals in need.

For Paws Project helps abandoned animals in our community

Caring for the abandoned, injured, and sick, For Paws provides canines and felines a complete exam, followed by any needed surgery or medical attention. After recovery and physical therapy, For Paws sets out to find these rescues a forever home through connections in the community.

Since its start in 2012, the For Paws Project has helped more than 700 Stark County animals and donated veterinary services valued at tens of thousands of dollars every year.

Adopt a pet this holiday season

For Paws occasionally has pets available for adoption. Like and follow them on Facebook to see when they might have some very adorable furry friends needing a home. You might also catch photos from the For Paws team hanging out backstage in the Big Apple with stars of stage and screen. (We see you, Jude Law).

At Cassel Bear, we love getting to collaborate with our clients. Whether its social media, print materials, or storytelling, it’s always a great time getting to work with For Paws. Also, who doesn’t love when Zoe the terrier drops by the office for a meeting?
