Success at Cassel Bear is measured by our clients coming back to us after the main visual identity projects are finished and implemented. This means we have done our research properly, thoroughly explored conceptual development, successfully implemented the design solutions and have a good relationship with our clients. One would think that choosing the right foods when opening a new restaurant is the most important decision to make, but you have to get the customers in your door first. Many first-time customers ask if we are a chain franchise. When I tell them this is our first restaurant they consistently respond by saying, "Really? You look like a national chain."
